When we deploy on-site, we do not arrive to observe — we arrive to work alongside your team from day one. What is a Factual Accuracy Challenge and when should I use one?

A Factual Accuracy Challenge is a formal submission to the CQC disputing inaccurate findings in a draft inspection report before it is published. It is one of the most time-critical and underused tools available to providers. The window to submit is tight — taking advice immediately is essential.

What is Records Review & Compliance Alignment?

It is the process of identifying and presenting care evidence that existed at the time of inspection but was not captured in the regulatory record. Inspectors can only record what they see — but the quality of your care may far exceed what the inspection captured. We locate, structure and present that evidence in a format that is meaningful to the regulator.
